职责描述： 1. 核实订舱资料,在规定时间内完成订舱； 2. 预入订舱资料,安排***路线,核实运费； 3. 与内部销售部门、操作部门及海外部门做好协调工作，确保及时处理订舱上的相关问题； 4. 准确处理订舱的相关更改； 5. 发送相关通知给客户； 6. 及时答复客户关于订舱的询问。 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历； 2. 1-3年客户服务或相关经验；物流、国际贸易、采购及供应管理相关专业优先； 3. 海运行业工作经验优先; 4. 良好的英语口语和书写能力. 5. 熟练运用办公软件； 6. 良好的沟通能力，独立工作能力以及团队合作能力； 7. 积极乐观的工作态度，同时具备良好的客户服务意识。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate shipping request and complete bookings timely. 2. Create bookings identifies best route, and accurately assigns rates. 3. Communicate with sales team, operations and world-wide offices to assure specific customers’ needs are handled appropriately. 4. Update bookings when necessary. 5. Distribute booking confirmations to customers. 6. Reply to customers’ inquiry about booking timely. Qualification: 1. Diploma or bachelor degree. 2. 1-3years of experience in Customer Service or related experience; or fresh graduate with major in logistics, international trade, purchasing and supply chain management or related is preferred. 3. Experience in the Maritime Industry is preferred. 4. Good command of English both oral and written. 5. Proficient in Microsoft office. 6. Able to communicate well, work independently as well as in team. 7. Positive and pleasant attitude with customer service mindset.
