You are responsible for
Develop and maintain financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the factory.
Coordinate and participate in the annual budget process for the factory, including developing budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against forecast and target, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Quarterly FCP update and cost management to deliver cost improvement year over year.
Support the factory management team with financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to optimize factory performance. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the factory, including monthly closing activities and financial statements.
Participate in the MPRs with the factory management team, ISC and business to review financial performance, identify trends, and develop corrective actions as needed.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), mainly cash and cost, related to factory performance and provide insights to management to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other finance functions within Philips to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations.
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within finance..

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Education: Bachelor's degree and above in Accounting, Finance or Costing related discipline
Work experience: 8 yrs. working experience in MNC Finance related functions, at least 3 yrs. in Finance business partner related role. Experience in Operations/Manufacturing environment is required.
Competencies and Skills:
Good English in both oral and written, good communication and stakeholder influencing skills
Strong business acumen and Finance analytical skills, Familiar with SAP system.
Others: CPA qualification is a plus.
