Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Regional President.
- Timely support the Regional President on meeting organizing, schedule arrangement, flight and hotel booking.
- Assist the President in the area of open actions follow up.
Timely follow up the open tasks with the management team and other employees.
- Collect management reports from the management team.
- Prepare the business reports for the Regional President such as business review, etc.
- As a communication bridge between the Regional President and other employees of APAC
- Travel with the Regional President to other remote locations/centers when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor and above degree.
- At least 3 years’ experience in related positions.
- Good business acumen.
- Good computer skill at office software.
- Fluent English both verbal and written.
- Open minded and approachable to the employees.
