what we expect:

-above-average university degree (master’s or graduate degree, not older than 1 year)

-initial international and practical experience: a semester abroad and/or an internship is required

-very good knowledge of english and german (level c according to cefr), knowledge of other foreign languages is preferred

-the ability to independently learn how to handle complex tasks

-capacity to work in an efficient and goal-oriented manner

-willingness to work abroad

-excellent analytical skills and business sense

-high level of initiative and commitment

-outstanding ability to communicate and work in a team

-interdisciplinary interest
