岗位介绍
一、项目机械工程师（2名）
8.5-9.5k/长沙/苏州/本科及以上/

岗位职责:
· to support project manager to organize the required materials for the meeting. to clarify the related issues mentioned in the meetings.
· work with proposals and technical support to make sure they know what the design is and clarify the issues as needed.
· work with procurement and suppliers to make sure they understand our updated specification and apply them correctly.
effectively coordinates work with other groups within the company.
·
· refer to the existing drawings and engineering specification/standard, understand them and apply the updated specification/standard to create new drawings. understand the key factors of the design.
· apply the updated specification and standard in the localized design properly. the engineer will have responsibility to select an appropriate modification/upgrade. receive the feedbacks from the suppliers and customers to improve the design.
·
· to receive, understand, clarify the related technical questions, get support from other engineering as required. give the recommendation and suggestion on the problems during the fabrication and site service.
· follow up the problems’ solution, and make sure they are solved properly.
·
· communicate effectively with customers to understand needs for upgrades to machines.
communicates effectively with the customer and keeps customer advised periodically on the status of the work.

岗位职责:
· arrange training plan to the team member of lcs project management
· 安排对lcs项目管理的培训计划
· creating and updating lcs project wbs and storage location in erp system (sap) according to the demand of sales managers and customers.
· 根据销售经理和客户的需求，在 erp 系统 （sap） 中创建和更新lcs项目wbs, 库位等。
· organize project kick-off meeting with stake holders.
· 牵头组织相关人员召开项目开工会。
· provide the inventory plan for all lcs contract and set the sto plan to lcs contract management team.
· 制定所有lcs合同的库存计划，并将订货计划发给lcs合同管理团队。
· follow up lead-time of lcs orders
· 跟踪lcs订单的交货期
· assisting sales managers to follow up accounts receivable (ar).
· 协助销售经理跟踪应收账款。
· submit service engineer request to fse, and control total hours.
· 发派工单给fse，控制工时总数.
· tasks assigned by line leader.
· 直属领导安排的其他任务。

三、服务工程师（1名）

需求专业：
机械类/机械设计制造及其自动化/机械工程/材料成型及控制工程/工业设计/矿物加工工程/矿业类/矿物资源工程
岗位职责:
· comply with ehs policy and make sure the services are delivered in line with company policy and guideline.
· responsible new equipment installation and commissioning service. coordinate with project team and capital sales, and closely work with customer to make sure the site service is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
· provide technical communication, product operation and maintenance training to customer.
· quickly response to the customers on equipment troubleshooting and site repair, fix the issue and recover the operation, escalate to the supervisor/manager in a timely manner if not solved.
· identify the service opportunity, work out the value-added technical proposal of product maintenance, performance/application optimization, and submit the supervisor/manager.
· feedback the product quality quickly, make the analysis and proposal, coordinate with related teams to address the site issues for customer satisfaction.
· identify business opportunities, prompt the service solution to customer by closely working with sales team.
· work closely with sales team to provide full support to customers and drive the business growth.
· submit all the required reports to the management by deadline.
· other duties assigned.
岗位要求：
· college degree or above degree with technical background.
· solid knowledge of mining products with strong technical background and hands-on experience.
· strong communication, co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to work with internal and external interfaces.
· high sense of urgency to solve the customer issues and meet deadline.
· self-motivated, can work under pressure.
· written and oral english is a plus.
