key duties and responsibilities:
1. assisting in formulating the human resource plan and workflow in school of medicine and hospitals pursuant to the human resource management rules and policies of cuhk(sz);
2. assisting in hr routine work, including recruitment and personnel management, salary and benefits, continuing professional development, employee relations (which includes, inter alia, the positions of administrative, technical, pre-clinical, clinical and hospitals);
3. providing hr services and coordinating different departments/units of and outside cuhk(sz);
4. undertaking other duties assigned by the med.
qualifications and requirements:
1. a bachelor degree or above;
2. at least 3 years post-qualification executive or relevant experience;
3. hr experience in higher education or medical field is preferred;
4. excellent chinese and english listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
5. good team player with high sense of responsibility.
salary and benefits
salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. appointments will be made under the establishment of cuhk-sz and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the prc. the appointee will be based at the university campus in shenzhen, prc.
